The Cocktail Bar at the Salty Dog Hotel & Bistro is known for its wide selection of cocktails, bottled beers and wine by the glass.

The Salty Dog is itself a traditional cocktail, developed from the Seabreeze, made with vodka and grapefruit juice, served over ice with a salted rim. Whether this is up your street or you prefer something sweeter the barman have a wide repertoire to tempt you.

The bottled beer selection comes from some of Ireland's best boutique brewerys and features beers from all of Northern Ireland's micro breweries. There are also beers from England, Scotland, Germany, USA, New Zealand and a number of other locations.
